Wendell leads the firm’s trust and estate administration services. He oversees complex fiduciary matters, supports multigenerational estate planning, and works closely with families, attorneys, and advisors to manage sensitive transitions with clarity and care.

With nearly 40 years of experience in trust, estate, and tax services, Wendell has held leadership roles at both local and international firms. He was a founding partner of Accuity LLP, one of Hawaii’s largest accounting firms, and previously served as a tax partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Over his career, Wendell has managed more than a hundred trusts and estates, coordinated real estate transactions, resolved IRS audits, and provided expert testimony on tax and trust-related matters. He teaches estate and gift and individual taxation at the University of Hawaii West Oahu since 2017.

Wendell was named one of the Top Ten Public Accounting Professionals in the State of Hawaii by the National Academy of Public Accounting Professionals. He is a Pacific Century Fellow and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chartered Global Management Accountant.
